These are the photos when we had dinner at Roma's. Its a nice vegetarian restaurant near Suntec that Iris brought us. All non-meat lovers should go there and try. Iris' brother is very cute, and so are his friends. Waiting for him to send Iris and us our group photo.

It was a wonderful night, although it was raining heavily. In fact, it was raining blissfully. I love the rain, the kind that colours the sky with purple and maroon.

Alex!!! Glad you got to taste durians, thanks for Jing Fen. Although it was the sub-standard kind, but at least you got the idea of it all. When you come back for your final semester, we will bring you to get better durians. Onwards!!!

Outing to Alex's room!!! (2)

These are actually the first 4 photos of the outing. I thought I have uploaded them, but apparently, something bad happened through the Internet and they were not uploaded. so here they are. In a way, it helps because you will see them first.

So Sad!!! I am such a failure in planning stuff. First it was the outing to my house, then this outing to Alex's room. The first one was cancelled, the second one only had 2 people, excluding Alex. Never mind that. At least the ones present enjoyed our time, and I still feel my OG is too big for massive organised activities.

This was the wonderful device that we used to watch the perfectly legal DVDS. Great machine is an IMac. How I wish I can have one of those!!! Maybe I will get one, before I graduate. By then, I should be old enough to not indulge in games anymore, something that Imacs are not known to support very well. Its speaking timer confused me once, haha.. I thought who was speaking, until Alex enlightened me on it. Impressed.

Alex is such a studious person, and rich too. Look at the number of economics textbooks he have bought!!!

Alex's suitcase. Amazing that he was here for a year and a half, and he only has 2 suitcases to show. Maybe he has some of them somewhere else, or he is sending some of them by airmail?

Alex and Guo Ann thinking of what we should do next. Finally, we thought of using Alex's laptop to watch DVDs, and ordered delivery from Canadian Pizza. It was a great dinner, although we dirtied his bed. He seemed to care less, haha...
Finally, me and Guo Ann realised what a cheese lover Alex is!!! Amazing!!!! Also, is my previous photo posting going to be shown? Blogger can only allow 5 photos at once. I have more than that to show!!!!

Xmas!!!

So big is the tree in a very enclosed Taka that I am not able to take the whole tree. This is my best attempted, and truss me, I really tried.

A real big Xmas tree (it still looks small around all the other trees along Orchard Road). When will they get a tree that will tower all the trees along the Orchard Road!!!! But I like this tree, although I never got close enough, because my eyes were too painful for me to carry on my journey to the tree.

I am really lazy to type more stuff, because I have been working quite a lot. Tomorrow, I will be still working, so I am not able to go play volleyball. That's quite bad, but at least i will get paid.

An old me, for the new year

So cute right, even when I am a bit shell-shocked by the attention that I got. Hehe.. my 1st ever birthday. Thats right, that is me. 21years, vs 1 year old. See the difference? I have stopped thinking that much these few days, but rather, have converted my thinking into actions. Done rather amazing things that I have not done before in my life. I got out of my comfort zone, and did not let other people affect me.

"I was a kind man, but that does not mean I am a good man. From now on, I will be a good man, not a kind man." Including this into my book of quotes, hehe... as well as finally starting on my death wish list and my achievements list. Already done a few, but I have still quite many things before I can die peacefully. Happy new year!!!

Reflections 1: Appreication 5

I forgot, carelessly. Rare photo, and I dug it out from my cabinets. I dug out many more, incredibly, and I did tell one of my friend that I would be adding more photos online. I guess I am telling all my blog readers now.

My grandparents. I remember how bad I was to them. I always feel very gulity when I think about that. Not the most educated people, nor were they incredibly rich or wise, but 家有一老,如有一宝. I used to have 2, they have passed on, before I realised how grateful I should have been to them. A regret that I think I will bring to my grave.

My grandfather was a good chef. In fact, he used to cook for Caucasians during the colonial times. I knew less about my grandmother. However, I knew she had a gun wound that made her suffer a lot in her yester days. My first concept of anything war-like - painful.

Both my grandparents suffered and died from terminal illnesses, but at their final moments, when everyone grief about their passing, deep down inside we knew they left us with a peacefully. They both moved on in their slumber.

More photos to come, but this one will always be inside my heart, among the many others that I will post up in the near future. Hope you all like the additional graphical stimulants.

My 1st class photo, n i still have its hardcopy

Haha.. n u think my previous photo was a very old one rit?? this is my oldest class photo. i actually do keep contact w some of the people in this class. Unbelievable rit!! Can anyone find who is me?? haha... make a guess, i wun spolit the fun by telling u all who is me.

I remember that the gal at the top row, extreme rit is a very clever gal. Shi Jing (or sth like that) is her name. Very scarily, academically result orientated person. Thats my impression of her. Y i remember so much abt her? Cos she was in the same tuition class as me, n she was very fierce in sch, haha... =) (n nothing else!!)

I also met one of the guys in this photo, called Paul. He is the medi in my camp. Quite coincidentially hor. He is also another crazy guy. He is the top student for my cohort for every term, every yr, till P3. P4 he was transferred to a gifted sch, so the top seat was finally given to someone else. Scary rit?

my old class

This is my P2 or P3 class. i found this photo when i was doing some cleaning in my hse abt 1 month ago. Amazing the number of old photos i found. Will post those that i find meaningful one here. Its like fate for me to find this photo, cos i din really take gd care of the photo, so din expect myself to reclaim this photo.

I dun really remember all of the people inside the photo. Some however were w me all the way to P6, so we are still in some form of contact, including yong ren, yan fen, n jeremy. Seeing this old photo dun really bring back many memories, cos i hardly remember anything from this class, haha... But i do like looking at old photos. Dunno how these people are doing. Even though i dun really know many of them, at least we were in the same class at least for one yr, so i would say that we would have some kind of fate. Not easy to meet someone in this heavily populated planet.

Anyway, my friend Da-vid from Army says that the gal standing at the extreme left is quite cute. After so many yrs, she have potential to be quite a pretty gal, haha... doubt she will ever get to hear this anyway, so just put it up here for fun, haha.... =)

Me as a child

Haha... this is me during my pri sch times. i think this was taken when in pri 5. Me look very nerdy hor, dun even care to comb my hair, haha... but i still think i look better as a child, esp without specs. Pri sch days were always the most innocent times of ones life. Hearing some of the stories that my pri sch classmates were saying, realised i dun remember many of the juicy gossip n stories. however, i feel lucky that i din know abt those stuff in my class, or else my pri sch life wun seem that innocent =)

In a way, i also think i look cute in this photo, thats y i dare to put it up here, haha...... Time really flies, even when u dun have fun (esp the last 2 yrs)
