You all can see for yourself on my tagboard. My work in NUS have resumed. The duties are the same, but may of the people are different. It seemed like yesterday that I was the new bird, but now, I feel like the oldest. Even many permanent staff have left for greener pastures.
Doing gown collection for the past few days. The money is all right, but what I like about my work is the general working environment. Pay comes slow, about a month after you put in the time-sheet claim. Sometimes the staff really irks you because of the way they work. The people, because of the people there, as we are all undergraduates. Of course, the job scopes are more than manageable, and pay is relatively better compared to outside jobs, and location wise its good for me if I happen to be in school. It is this gown collection that I knew more people, some old some new. Interesting people, most whom are younger than me. In fact, I helped many former colleagues collect their gowns, as well as helped many other friends of mine collect theirs. Met up a lot of new people, including one friend that suddenly looks like a very hot channel 8 up-and-coming female actress, the one acting at the 7pm timing show that one + commercial of a shampoo brand. My friend is pretty, but very much attached (I think). I have her on my Friendster too (I think). Go figure it out yourself who she is, but please, don't disturb her ok? Oh, did I mention all the girls I work with are all pretty pretty? Maybe they will be on my Friendster soon.
Oh ok, onto the girls I worked with (in case they scold me that I never blog about them). They very fun loving bunch, always seem to laugh, but still on their toes at work. Basically these past few days I only have seen them, although I managed to slip in 2 shopping trips (by myself) and 2 meetings with 2 different friends, all while working for 2 full days and 2 half days within these 5 days. Too tired to blog anymore. Still want to read my stuff, as well as plan abit of what I can do to my problematic primary 6 kid. Stop sabotaging me!!!!
