Although I must admit I was not sure whether I wanted to go, but after the outing, I did not regret going. It was at Holland V. Settlers Café. The crowd was great, about 15 people I guess? We had to split the tables of course.
I will spare you all the details. The most important thing is that we had fun. Its quite interesting to tease people about ‘possible’ relationships. It’s a very amazing thing. It brings joy and sorrow, and it has been moving this world for some time already. Maybe in the near future, hearts may link, and a couple or 2 will form. Or maybe, some hearts might break. This is all part and parcel of life, including university life. If things are good, enjoy it. If things are bad, learn from it. Nothing is lost, and everything can have a positive effect on us if we try and let them. Sometimes its hard, and sometimes, its even harder. Some of my friends might be going through tough times. Keeping their identities confidential, I wish that they are taking small positive steps in their lives. Be strong, and stay strong. Times may get tough, but we all have people around us to support us.
