I went to their Yamakaza festival. It is rather difficult to explain what the festival is about, but what they do is that a lot of people carry huge wooden stuff and run around in a form of a race. I did not know who won eventually, but it was rather interesting, because I never will get to see such a thing in Singapore.
Before that, we went Karaoke for the whole night. So it was very tiring for us. Kudos to our history professor for letting us sleep in his class. Real amazing guy, makes me a bit proud to be a Singaporean, because he is one.
The real fun was the baseball game the night after. It was really amazing. Fukuoka`s team is the Softbank Hawks, and we were down 5/1. However, in the last inning, we managed to chase back all the way to 5/5. We went into extra innings, and at the 12th one, the final one for Japan, the Hawks won. Real cool stuff, really glad that I went to that game. Met a lot of nice people too =)
Unfortunately, still some problems with my Internet, and I dun think I can send files. So no photos for now. Damn!
