Some people might wonder why am I emphasizing this “Arts person” so much. Ask an Arts person, and you will know why. Engineers and Lawyers and Scientist and Architects are all different in natural. Just nice, I stated the profession in my HCI volleyball clique. Not forgetting one in Business Admin, Australia… I have been a science student all my life till my FASS days. Arts is really too wild for me…
Another incident lingers. My wallet got stolen in O week. I hope this will not happen to anyone this year. One thing I will ensure myself is that I will not bring that much money (I lost S$80 that time). 2ndly, I would remember to leave as many valuable cards at home if possible (replacing them cost another S$150 at least). Certainly will not bring any valuables either. I hope to remind them on the safety and security measures as well. Also this time, I enter the O week half-crippled. Over-used my leg too much. Most likely will sit out a lot of games and stuff, haha… then people might think I am anti-social again. Who cares what they think? It’s my leg that matters… Yeah!!!
Realized a lot of my friends actually missed out some important FASS deadlines. Pre-Allocation of Modules and GAPS are some of them. SEP application is ending on 20th July, if anyone reading is interested to apply but have not done so. I guess I better post up more reminds to my friends and also tell them personally. Missing CORS application would be a worst-case scenario for many FASS students.
Have to wake up at 8am tomorrow. I am certainly not very confident about that. Who cares? I was an hour late for my first freshie camp, Geo Soc Camp 2005, haha… Think I am falling in love with Geo Soc. With my enrollment into the minor in urban studies, my affiliation with Geography is getting stronger. Too bad, I always assumed I had the brains for Geography. I E8-ed it all the way in my Secondary School days and amazingly got a B3 for it for ‘O’ levels. Nonetheless, I will be taking a Geography Module in the coming semester, Cities in Transition. Let things come together naturally. That’s what I hope to allow. No pressure, no forcing. Hope O week will be enjoyable to me. Who cares about others? Hahaha… just joking. I hope it will be a success, after I find it enjoyable.
