Anyone remembers my complains about the GEM that cannot be S/U, but there were people S/U-ing it? Apparently, someone got mixed up, telling students that it can be S/U. I guess the system is created to allow any module that is outside your own faculty to be S/U-able, and this adnormality is not within its control to restrict. In the end, people that S/U that module have their S/U withdrawn. Things have fallen back to its proper? Feels rather uneasy to have someone's hopes up, and then pin it down. The person that was responsible for the mix up was also apologetic, and humans do make mistakes. Lets hope the CORS system do give the students their S/U back, and not have problems recording their S/U being used.
Money makes the world goes round. People of the past tend to say how good we the Y-Gen (or Z-Gen if you are) are enjoying the material life that they had thought were possible to them when they were young. Point taken. However, isn't it true, and known to most intelligent lifeforms that money does not buy your happiness? Had a good friend tell me how she felt I have changed for the worse in terms of money. Personally, I do not think that I have changed much, but my outward impression that I am giving other people might have. I will take note, especially when I write it down here. It means I embrace your suggestions, and truly appericate a good friend that is willing to point out what she thinks is wrong in me.
Pressure change the states of many things. It cooks, it moves, it destroys, and sometimes, it causes things to grow. I guess many people are feeling the pressures of Mid term exams, term papers, studies... Is it so important? The process, my friend its the process, the learning to take the pressure that gives you your pay in the future. What you study now most likely would not be applicable to your future job. Sounds stupid, but I also agree to the most general sense. I still think what I want to do in the future has to do with what I am studying now. I hope it is.
